Kas DES Bonaire
Our house “Kas (papiament for house) DES” is located on the beautiful and sunny Bonaire.
Kas DES is located at the Courtyard Village villa park on Kaya Sirena in Kralendijk.
You are in the center of Kralendijk in approximately 7 minutes by foot.
At Courtyard Village there is a swimming pool, a diving school, car rental and a supermarket just outside the park.
So all the conveniences are within reach. Courtyard Village has a caretaker and is enclosed by a wall and a cattle grid. In the evening after 9:00 P.M. (21:00) the gates close and you will have to open the gate with a special tec.
We are currently building our house with 3 apartments. The apartments are equipped with wonderful high-quality box springs matresses with a topper. So you can get well rested!
The bedroom has a wonderful ceiling fan but also air conditioning. The bedroom also has a nice bathroom which is always provided with hot water and also with a rain shower head.
A private kitchen with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and an electric hob. The living room is equipped with a smart television, you have your own terrace with seating, the garden around the house has all kinds of tropical plants and the park also has a swimming pool, so if you come back from the beach and want to cool off, you can use the swimming pool and sunbeds until 10 P.M. (22:00). We look forward to welcoming you.
The price includes pick-up, transfer to the airport, final cleaning and clean linen every week. There are no extra costs added afterwards.
